Don’t love your purchase? That’s okay! We will gladly help you exchange or return your item for store credit (sorry no refunds at this time). 

To initiate a return please email okgnchildrensboutqiue@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be received back to us within 20 days of initial order date and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Final sale items: Discounted and sale items are all final sale and cannot be exchanged. Additional final sale items include: Bath & Cosmetic items, Gift Cards, Intimates, Seasonal Items and Swimwear.

If you are shipping your item(s), please retain the tracking number for your records. 

Please note: We are unable to refund shipping costs, duties or taxes. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All our products are quality checked before being sent out to you. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. We will replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise after our 7 day exchange / return policy.
